short north, columbus, ohio

so. i have been coming here the last few days to work on this blog, and realized i haven’t even shared my THOUGHTS! how could i.

they used to be in this location, then moved, then came back. i used to live within walking distance when they opened back up in the SN. very cool awesome days… forever missed..

anyways, when i FIRST first moved to columbus, i drove here all by myself to go to the apartment office of my first apartment here. lots of firsts! mission coffee was close by. most everything was a blur because it was some of my first times experiencing MULTIPLE ONE WAY STREETS!! WHAT! i was so scared to drive. i finally found mission coffee.

being from a small town where all the coffee shops were christian based, i assumed “mission” meant as in, the heavenly father’s mission, and so i did not go into mission coffee. i steered clear of christian coffee shops playing christian music and signs that read “fear!!!!”

turns out, mission coffee is NOT christian, they play cool music and they actually dont have any signs at all. i was just an idiot

here ive had:

iced vanilla latte

vanilla oat milk cold brew (on draft!) wow this was definitely my favorite

pattycake bakery banana chocolate chip muffin (my absolute fav)

if you couldn’t tell from every other post, i love vanilla.
